REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at artist@rayceety.com. Please note that we use on-demand printing services for many apparel items in our store, so some returns may be handled by other companies at different locations and will be subject to their return policies. If your return is accepted, we will send you the information you need to initialize the return and detailed shipping details.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

OTHER DUTIES, TAXES, OR FEES: For orders shipped outside the United States, additional duties, taxes, or handling fees not collected with this purchase may be due upon delivery.

PRINT ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS: Please note that some of our products are created using a print-on-demand process. This means each item is produced after the order is submitted, requiring extra time before shipping. You will be notified when these items are finished and ready to be shipped.
